Role Overview
As a Frontend Engineer at ReAlign, you will lead the craftsmanship of our Sanctuary interface. We prioritize sensory calm, zero-latency interactions, WCAG 2.2 AAA accessibility, and client-side encryption flows that treat user privacy as non-negotiable.
What You'll Do
Design, architect, and optimize responsive, fluid Next.js 16 and React 19 web interfaces.
Implement nuanced micro-interactions and tactile feedback using Framer Motion and modern CSS tokens.
Ensure client-side AES-256-GCM encryption and zero-knowledge data pipelines render seamlessly.
Maintain rigorous cross-device performance, sub-100ms interaction latency, and high accessibility standards.
What We Look For
3+ years of professional experience building complex web applications with React and TypeScript.
Deep mastery of modern CSS, design systems, fluid typography, and responsive layouts.
Obsessive attention to visual details, typography, pacing, and human-computer ergonomics.
Working knowledge of client-side cryptography, local storage synchronization, or offline-first PWA architectures.
Nice to Have
Experience with Web Audio API or somatic feedback design.
Contributions to open-source UI libraries or design system tooling.
