The Services are not a suicide prevention hotline, medical triage facility, or emergency crisis responder. Atlas AI operates with a deterministic safety intercept protocol: if input signals self-harm, suicidal ideation, or immediate personal harm, generative conversational AI output is programmatically suppressed in sub-5ms and replaced exclusively with emergency crisis resources. Atlas does not attempt psychiatric triage or de-escalation. ReAlign maintains an automated 90-day scheduled verification protocol for all published emergency helpline numbers. If you or someone you know is in acute danger, please contact local emergency authorities (112 or Tele-MANAS 14416 in India, 988 in the USA/Canada, 111 in the UK, or findahelpline.com).

Age Requirement & Legal Capacity: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe to paid plans, form binding contracts, and independently register an account. In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 of India and youth online safety guidelines: (a) minors aged thirteen (13) to seventeen (17) may only use ReAlign under the direct supervision and with the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian; (b) children under thirteen (13) years of age are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or submitting personal information. By registering, you affirm that you satisfy these eligibility criteria. You remain responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and all activities occurring under your account.

ReAlign offers two consumer tiers: Free (with basic emotional check-ins) and ReAlign Plus (with longitudinal pattern analysis, memory synthesis, and expanded companion interactions). ReAlign Plus is billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually) at the rates displayed during checkout. Taxes & Seller Terms: All prices quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), including ₹249 per month and ₹2,499 per year, are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Payment processing is securely facilitated by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited) as our authorized merchant checkout gateway. By initiating a subscription, you authorize Razorpay to bill your designated payment method on each renewal cadence until cancelled via Account Space.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Account Space. Upon cancellation, auto-renewal ceases, and paid feature access remains active through the end of the current paid billing cycle. If a scheduled renewal charge fails, an automated 3-day grace period is provided while payment retries occur before the account transitions to the Free plan. Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (/refund).

Users retain full intellectual property ownership over all reflections, journal entries, and check-in logs submitted to the platform ('User Content'). ReAlign claims no proprietary rights over your personal writings. ReAlign does not sell user data to advertising brokers or train public foundation AI models on personal journal entries. You may export or permanently purge your account data at any time.

You agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal wellness purposes. You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the codebase; (b) deploy automated bots, scrapers, or DDoS attacks; (c) bypass authentication or rate limits; or (d) transmit illegal, abusive, harassing, or malicious content to the platform or AI companions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind. ReAlign and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. In no event shall ReAlign's total aggregate liability exceed the amount actually paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Seller Identity & Legal Entity: ReAlign is developed, maintained, and operated as a proprietary digital product by Divyanshu Singh, operating from Dehradun 248140, Uttarakhand, India (merchant and legal seller entity for Razorpay transactions). Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. The competent courts situated in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, actions, or proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform.
