ReAlign provides a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed solely for emotional self-reflection, journaling, mood tracking, and personal growth. The platform, its AI companion ('Atlas'), and automated insight generators do not provide clinical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or psychotherapy. ReAlign does not guarantee specific therapeutic or psychological outcomes.

We cannot handle emergencies. If you are experiencing severe distress or feeling unsafe, please reach out to emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
Formal Agreement
The Services are not a suicide prevention hotline or emergency crisis responder. If you or someone you know is experiencing a life-threatening mental health emergency, acute crisis, or self-harm ideation, you must immediately contact local emergency healthcare authorities (such as 112 or Tele-MANAS 14416 in India, 988 in the USA, or your regional emergency helpline).

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity on your account.
Formal Agreement
To access authenticated features, you must create an account with accurate and verifiable details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ReAlign immediately upon discovering any unauthorized account access.

ReAlign offers a Free plan and a paid ReAlign Plus plan. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual cadence until cancelled.
Formal Agreement
ReAlign offers two consumer tiers: Free (with 5 daily AI support sessions) and ReAlign Plus (with 30 daily AI support sessions and deep emotional analytics). ReAlign Plus is billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually) at the rates displayed during checkout. By initiating a subscription, you authorize ReAlign's payment processor (Razorpay) to charge your designated payment method on each renewal date until cancelled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Account Space. Your paid access remains active until the end of your billing cycle. If recurring payment fails, a 3-day grace period applies.
Formal Agreement
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Account Space. Upon cancellation, auto-renewal ceases, and paid feature access remains active through the end of the current paid billing cycle. If a scheduled renewal charge fails, an automated 3-day grace period is provided while payment retries occur before the account transitions to the Free plan. Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (/refund).

You own 100% of your reflections, journal entries, and mood logs. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your private writing to train public AI models.
Formal Agreement
Users retain full intellectual property ownership over all reflections, journal entries, and check-in logs submitted to the platform ('User Content'). ReAlign claims no proprietary rights over your personal writings. ReAlign does not sell user data to advertising brokers or train public foundation AI models on personal journal entries. You may export or permanently purge your account data at any time.

Use ReAlign mindfully for personal wellness. Do not attempt to reverse engineer our software, scrape data, or send abusive or illegal prompts to the AI companion.
Formal Agreement
You agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal wellness purposes. You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the codebase; (b) deploy automated bots, scrapers, or DDoS attacks; (c) bypass authentication or rate limits; or (d) transmit illegal, abusive, harassing, or malicious content to the platform or AI companions.

We work diligently to build reliable, private software, but the platform is provided 'as-is' without absolute operational guarantees.
Formal Agreement
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind. ReAlign and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. In no event shall ReAlign's total aggregate liability exceed the amount actually paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
