Role Overview
Growth at ReAlign is rooted in genuine utility, psychological safety, and high-trust community. We don’t run deceptive ad campaigns or spam notifications. You will cultivate our Discord sanctuary, facilitate meaningful mental health discussions, and establish relationships with therapists, researchers, and mindful creators.
What You'll Do
Steward the ReAlign Discord Sanctuary, establishing inclusive discussion guidelines, regular events, and mutual support rituals.
Craft long-form editorial dispatches and research-backed educational content highlighting emotional granularity and nervous system health.
Build partnerships with psychology researchers, mental wellness practitioners, and organic community ambassadors.
Analyze qualitative user feedback and onboarding friction to champion product improvements.
What We Look For
3+ years of experience in community building, content strategy, or organic product growth.
Exceptional written communication with warmth, nuance, and emotional maturity.
Deep comfort moderating online spaces and handling sensitive, vulnerable conversations with care.
Alignment with ReAlign’s calm, anti-hustle philosophy.
Nice to Have
Experience managing Discord servers for wellness, psychology, or developer communities.
Background in journalism, mental health advocacy, or community psychology.
