Role Overview
We reject dark patterns, dopamine loops, and hyper-saturated engagement traps. As our Lead Product Designer, you will design serene, intentional interfaces that encourage vulnerable self-reflection, somatic regulation, and cognitive clarity.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end design for core experiences: daily reflection check-ins, mood tracking, somatic reset, and longitudinal insight cards.
Develop and evolve our Warm Sanctuary design system, ensuring deep aesthetic consistency across web and mobile.
Conduct empathetic user research and qualitative interviews to understand emotional reflection hurdles.
Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect, accessible implementations.
What We Look For
4+ years of digital product design experience shipping software products.
An exceptional portfolio showcasing restrained, elegant visual craft, typography, and clear design rationale.
Deep understanding of accessibility (contrast, touch targets, reduced motion) and human-centered design.
Passion for mental health, behavioral psychology, or contemplative practices.
Nice to Have
Experience designing health, wellness, or productivity software.
Proficiency with HTML/CSS prototyping or design system code tokens.
