Permanent Cryptographic Account Deletion
How to permanently wipe your account and all associated encrypted entries from our database with zero trace left behind.
True Deletion, Not Just "Deactivation"
Many social media platforms only "deactivate" your account, keeping all your personal data stored on their servers forever in case you return. ReAlign does not do this.
When you delete your account, we perform a **hard cryptographic wipe**: your encryption keys, profile information, and all stored journal entries are permanently deleted from our primary databases and encrypted backups.
How to Delete Your Account
Because deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, please download any entries you wish to keep first:
- Go to Settings > Account & Security.
- Scroll to the red Danger Zone and tap "Delete Account & All Data".
- Type the confirmation phrase to verify your intent.
- Confirm deletion. Your session will terminate immediately and all data will be wiped.
